    How do i make a reservation? For reservations, please fill the form “Contact Us” or call (689) 87788455. Our phone reservation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should I book my shared ride service in advance? We highly recommend to book online by filling the reservation form at the "contact us" page. Advance reservations give you the peace of mind knowing your ride is secured and not limited to availability based on last minute request..
  • Private Van Reservations
    How do I make a reservation for private car, SUV or van service? For reservations, please fill the form at "contact us page". You can also reserve by calling (689)87788455. Phone reservation agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should I book my private service in advance? We highly recommend reserving your exclusive service in advance using our website, www.tahitiedentours.com. You can reserve up to one (1) year in advance of your travel date. Last minute request are also welcomed however this may limit our availability to meet your needs.
  • Airport Delays and Cancellations
    What if my flight is delayed? We ask for your flight information when booking your ride, and our logistic system was developed uniquely to us and have the capability to track your flight. So rest assure we will know before hand of your delayed flight. So short delays will not affect your reservation. When your flight arrives we'll be there for you. What do I do if my flight has changed or canceled? If your flight has changed or cancel, please call or mail us as soon as possible so we can then note the change in your reservation. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Boarding and Luggage Questions
    What if I don't have a way to print off my voucher? All guests who booked online at www.tahitiedentours.com may board by showing the driver their voucher or just an ID. Do I need to call and reconfirm my pick up time before the shuttle? For reservations booked online at www.tahitiedentours.com or by calling us at (689)87788455, there is no need to call and reconfirm your pickup time, we'll be ready for you! For all pick-ups at the airport, once you have collected your luggage, please follow the signs to the exit of the terminal and your driver will be waiting for you outside customs for international arrivals. Just look for your driver holding an Tahiti Eden Tours sign with your name on it.

    What cruise terminals do you do pick-ups and drop-offs to? We have access to every cruise terminal on Papeete dock, so we can easly pick you up and dropp you off to any Cruise ship (Paul Gauguin, Wind star, Aranui...), Yatchs, and Ferry Terminal (Aremiti and Terevau)

    Are pets allowed on your vehicles? Yes we accept pets onboard but you have to book a private van for this service because some guest may have pet allergies. What payment do you accept? Currently we only accept cash or paypal payment. No crédit card
